In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

By accessing the pk804 Platform from Pakistan, you personally assume full responsibility for determining whether doing so is lawful under all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations. pk804 does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

To access real-money services on pk804, you must register a single Account. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account termination and forfeiture of balances.

pk804 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

pk804 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your verification level and the selected payment method.

Deposits are credited to your pk804 Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pk804 is not responsible for delays in processing caused by third-party payment systems, including mobile wallet network congestion or inter-bank transfer delays.

All funds deposited into a pk804 Account must originate from a payment method owned and registered in the name of the Account holder. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted and may trigger a compliance review, suspension of the Account, and return of funds to the verified source.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the pk804 cashier at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified method linked to the Account holder's identity. pk804 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one (1) hour subject to network confirmation times.

pk804 may require identity verification (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control. Required documents typically include a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Providing false or altered documentation will result in immediate Account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All bets placed on the pk804 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting terms applicable to each product, as displayed within the relevant game interface or betting module. General wagering rules applicable across all pk804 products include:

• A bet becomes binding once confirmed by the pk804 system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended.

• Laundering money or using the pk804 Platform to facilitate any illegal financial transaction.
• Sharing Account access, including login credentials, with any third party.
• Any form of collusion with other Users in live casino or poker environments.

pk804 provides the following responsible gaming features, all of which are accessible from the Account dashboard at no cost and without any requirement to justify their use:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits that take effect immediately upon activation.
• Loss Limits: Net loss thresholds across any defined period, automatically enforced by the Platform.

pk804 does not warrant the outcome of any game or sporting event available on the Platform. All wagering is subject to inherent uncertainty. Past performance of any game or market does not guarantee future results.

pk804 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, pk804 will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the pk804 Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or the use of the pk804 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which pk804 operates. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to the applicable regulatory authority or dispute resolution body designated by pk804's operating licence. The decision of such body shall be final and binding on both parties.
